Overview
Purpose
The purpose of this site is to rent out items and equipment needed for rafting such as; rafts, inflatable kayaks, lifejackets, wetsuits and splash tops, paddles and even a guide when they are needed! This site will also help educate those who have never tried White River Rafting as there is a lot to do with it.There will also be recommendations of sites and places to go rafting. It will be a source of knowledge and personally seeing the experiences of those who’ve had opportunities of going through this fun water sport! This website will be a guide to users as they navigate through and see the amazing benefits they will have from renting from the company.
Audience
The website will focus on marketing towards families, especially families with younger aged kids. The minimum age requirements for rafting is 5 years old. Many families with children of young age have a difficult time deciding on trips with extreme sports such as White River rafting. This is because it could be found dangerous and parents are not so sure of the safety protocols and are inexperienced. That is why the company will be able to provide them with experienced guides who will be them throughout the activities. Since financial situation is also considered, the guide fees will be with the equipment rentals under the condition of having them rent them for at least 2 days. There will be other rental services that will be provided for all kinds of groups of people. Individuals who have never gone White River Rafting will also be guided as to what to do as beginners and will also haave access to guides and teachers who would help them fall in love with the water sport. It could be a group of youth activity and guides will also be provided to ensure safety as well. The main focus for marketing will be otwards families with young aged kids as well as beginners. This website will be accessed through desktops and laptops only.

Typography
Heading Font: Assistant
I really liked how clean and neat it looked! It seemed really easy to read the texts as well so I thought it will be great for the webpage.
Paragraph Font: Roboto
This font went along with the Assistant font for the headings. It is easy to read as well and they both match!

Site Map
The Site Map of a site is just like it sounds…it is a map of the pages in a site and how they are related and linked together. From the map above we can see that we will eventually have the Home page and 2 sub or child pages.
The lines that connect them all together indicate that each page should be accessible from any other page, it is essentially showing us the global navigation for the site.
Wireframes
Wireframes are like blueprints for making webpages. They should show the major sections of content that will be on the page and the relative locations of each element. In the wireframe below you can see there will be 6 sections to our page:
- At the top we have a section with the logo (the box with the mountain means an image) and the navigation bar.
- Then there is a banner image that stretches all the way across the screen.
- Next we have some text and an image
- ...followed by another row made up of an image and some text.
- Then one more section of text with no image.
- Lastly, a footer containing a copyright/name line and 3 social media icons.
